Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If there is a dispute between Users on this Website, or between Users and any third party, you understand and agree that MagodoPlus is under no obligation to become involved.

Payment
- We take payment from your card through PlayStack gateway at the time we receive your order. Please note that MagodoPlus is not responsible for the content of external websites or applications.
- To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card through PayStack account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
- All prices are shown in Naira (₦) and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates. MP reserves the right to change prices at short notice.
- You understand that we only accept payment by credit or debit card. By designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are authorised to make such a purchase.
- You agree to receive all invoices by email to the email address you have given to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is working correctly.
